The Can Do Canines programming encourages MNWT members, chapters, and districts to become educated about this organization that has been helping people with disabilities through the use of assistance dogs since 1987. Can Do Canines works with individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or physically disabled, pairing them with dogs specially trained to alert them to important sounds or assist them in the activities of daily living.


Help us help others by donating sneakers thru  GREEN SNEAKERS The sneakers raise funds for us, AND are recycled for third world use.  Bring your gently used sneakers to our general meetings.  Our chapter is working on this project in conjunction with the State Women of Today committee.
   

Alexandra House provides 24-hour emergency shelter, support services and advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence across the state of Minnesota. 

The mission of Alexandra House is to empower victims of domestic and sexual violence, and inspire social change, through education, support and advocacy.


We're excited about teaming up with The Caring Tree and we will be collecting school supplies for children in need  Aug 20 through Sept 20. 


St Francis City Wide Garage Sale is sponsored as a yearly service project and fund raiser by the SFAWT.  Advertising in local newspapers, signs, and maps are posted around town to help people find your garage sale.  The event is generally held in September, with registration due before the end of August.



Highway Cleanup.  YES! we do this twice per year.  Watch for the next date on our Events page.
